Ms. O’Byrne, Board Member of Keys For Sober Living for over 10 years, is an advisor regarding the physical plant and business matters. She sits on a half dozen other Boards of Directors of non-profits, and is also President/Owner/CEO of Perez APC, with over 35 years of experience in real estate development, design and construction. After earning Master’s Degrees in Architecture and Real Estate Development, she served as the Director of Project Management at the New York City Housing Development Corporation (NYC HDC), the largest Housing Finance Agency (HFA) in the country, providing bond financing and Low Income Housing Tax Credits for mixed use and mixed income projects totaling over $2 billion in value. A licensed architect and general contractor, Ms. O’Byrne has also managed a wide variety of projects for both public and private clients throughout the United States and overseas. Prior to assuming leadership and ownership of Perez, in New Orleans, nearly 20 years ago, Ms. O’Byrne served in leadership positions at three multi-national Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms in New York City. Angela is particularly adept at managing large multi-disciplined teams of real estate development, design and construction professionals, and has gained a strong understanding of various tax credit programs, which she hopes to apply to the growth and strategic plan of Keys For Sober Living.
